We can provide live music for any combination of the following –
Ceremony and Drinks Reception – 2 Hours
This option is ideal if you want graceful transaction from your ceremony into the drinks reception. We begin playing around 15 minutes before the ceremony starts, welcoming quests as they take their seats. Music is then performed for the entrance, during the signing of the register (two pieces), and for your exit. After a brief 5 to 10 – minutes relocation, we continue with approximately one hour of music during the drinks reception.
Welcome Drinks and Ceremony – 1.5 Hours
Perfect if you’d like music to greet your guest before they are seated. We start one hour before the ceremony, playing for around 40 minutes in the welcome drinks area. After relocating, we perform pre-ceremony music as guests are seated, followed by music for the entrance, register signing and exit.
Welcome Drinks, Ceremony and Drinks Reception – 3 Hours
A popular choice for weddings in Harrogate, Newcastle and York, this three-hour booking includes music from one hour before the ceremony begins. We perform in the welcome drinks area for 40 minutes, then relocate to the ceremony space.
After a short pre-ceremony performance, we play for the entrance, signing and exit. We then move again and perform for approximately an hour during the drinks reception. A short refreshment break (with a soft drink, please) is required during this time.
Ceremony, Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast – 4 to 6 Hours
Our most comprehensive package, ideal for couples wanting live wedding music throughout the day. We begin by playing from 15 minutes before the ceremony, continuing through the entrance, signing and exit.
Following a brief relocation, we perform for around an hour during the drinks reception. We then relocate again and play for two to three hours during the wedding breakfast. We’re also happy to play your grand entrance music. During this longer set, we kindly request food and a soft drink during one of our breaks.
Ceremony Only – 1 Hour
This is a simple and elegant option for shorter ceremonies. We start with pre-ceremony music from 15 minutes before the start time, followed by music for your entrance, the register signing, and your exit.
