We provide live music for any combination of the following options:
Ceremony and Drinks Reception (2 Hours)
This option is ideal if you want a graceful transition from your ceremony into the drinks reception. We begin playing around 15 minutes before the ceremony starts, welcoming guests as they take their seats. Music is then performed for the bridal entrance, during the signing of the register (typically two pieces), and for your exit. After a brief 5 to 10 minute relocation to your reception area, we continue with approximately one hour of live music during the drinks reception.
Welcome Drinks and Ceremony (1.5 Hours)
Perfect if you would like music to greet your guests before they are seated. We start one hour before the ceremony, playing for around 40 minutes in the welcome drinks area. After relocating to the main room, we perform pre-ceremony music as guests are seated, followed by live music for the entrance, register signing, and exit.
Welcome Drinks, Ceremony and Drinks Reception (3 Hours)
A popular choice for weddings in Newcastle, York, and across the North East. This three-hour booking includes live music from one hour before the ceremony begins. We perform in the welcome drinks area for 40 minutes, then relocate to the ceremony space. After a short pre-ceremony performance, we play for the entrance, signing, and exit. We then move again to perform for approximately an hour during the drinks reception. A short refreshment break with a soft drink is required for the musicians during this time.
Ceremony, Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast (4 to 6 Hours)
Our most comprehensive package is ideal for couples wanting live wedding music throughout the day. We begin by playing from 15 minutes before the ceremony, continuing through the entrance, signing, and exit. Following a brief relocation, we perform for around an hour during the drinks reception. We then relocate again and play for two to three hours during the wedding breakfast, and we are also happy to play your grand entrance music into the room. During this longer set, we kindly request a hot meal and soft drinks during one of our scheduled breaks.
Ceremony Only (1 Hour)
This is a simple and elegant option for shorter ceremonies. We start with pre-ceremony music from 15 minutes before the start time, followed by music for your entrance, the register signing, and your exit.
