Pre Ceremony Drinks – music played by a string quartet is the perfect accompaniment to help you unwind whilst catching up with family and friends. (approx 30 mins).
Wedding Ceremony – during the wait for the bride, live music always helps to put the wedding party at ease whilst waiting for the arrival of the bride. We generally play for 15 minutes prior to the ceremony (30 minutes for a church ceremony), then again during the entrance, register signing and exit, for which you can choose specific music from our repertoire (approx 1 hour)
Photos and Drinks Reception – after a seamless relocation to another room or even another venue, we can either play a mixed repertoire from our list or we can adapt to suit your requirements. If your wedding ceremony and reception drinks are in two different venues, this is absolutely fine. We would travel between venues at no extra charge (for fuel or time) for up to 20 miles. After 20 miles, we charge £2 per mile. (approx 1 hour)
Wedding Breakfast – live background music provides the perfect atmosphere to accompany the meal. We would usually perform a selection of music from our repertoire for 2 hours with a 15 minute break in the middle. You can give us an idea of the style of music you’d like us to play or choose up to 6 pieces and we’ll usually make up the rest of the time with a similar style of music.(approx 2 hours)
Other information…
We can move easily between rooms as we’re an acoustic set-up. All we need is four armless chairs!
If the weather conditions are right, we can play outside for you. (considering what British weather can be like, it is generally a good idea to have a plan B just in case!)
We write many arrangements so if there’s a song that’s special to you and doesn’t currently feature on our repertoire list, please ask for a quote. We can even record it professionally or on to youtube so you can hear it being performed after your special day. Please ask for a quote.
